Electrologix was the new signalling interlocking with its first major 38-mile installation on the NYL route, part of the full system upgrade with a full rolling stock replacement. The scheme had gone into delay and had escalating cost. Greater Anglia had lost confidence and the railway access strategy could not be agreed.
