We will manage your Stakeholder interface with Network Rail (including ASPRO), TfL and TOC organisations:

• Systemwide level Blockade / Possession / worksite planning

• Blockade and Possession Management and reporting (24/7)

• Commissioning Management and Contingency planning

• DWWP / EIS Management

We will provide guidance and assist in document production to achieve Network Rail possession and Entry into Service (EIS) compliance. 

As your project Control Tower we will  undertake all of your Possession Programme Management, Rail systems interface management,  possession reporting and communications, as well as providing Control Tower Operations (CTO) we can provide site logistics and management support, construction CREs, and Entry into service coordination, leaving you to do what you do best.
